00:00 → 00:30

The right 30 seconds, in front of the right eyes.

Your archive may already hold your strongest idea. I find it, put it in plain language and build it around your offer, so the right people can actually see it.

Two real examples from my first sample clips. The pilot is where we test what this does for your business.

Deandra Thomas

Client-reported

Your strongest ideas may be buried in your archive

Hours of interviews, keynotes and episodes sit in a folder while the clips that do get posted are often generic. Your next growth opportunity may be in how your best ideas are chosen, packaged and shared.

  • What happens to an episode once it's recorded?
  • When you post a clip, what happens after, and does it point anyone toward your offer?
  • If you could change one thing about how your clips turn into clients, what would it be?

How it works

Three steps. A structured process, a defined way of measuring it and a fixed review date.

01

Find the strongest moment

I go through your long-form archive for the exact point where your thinking lands, the part that would make a stranger want to hear more from you.

02

Put it in plain language

Deep or technical ideas get framed so a viewer feels understood, not lectured. No jargon, and your own words stay in.

03

Build it around your offer

Each clip is built to point at what you actually sell: coaching, a book, a course, an event or a keynote booking.

Who this is for

A good fit

  • Personal development podcasters, coaches, speakers and authors
  • You sell something specific and post regularly
  • You have a back catalogue (roughly 20+ episodes or talks)
  • An audience of about 500–5,000 listeners or around 5k followers

Probably not yet

  • You're building an audience or an offer from scratch
  • You only want reach, with no link to clients or sales
  • You need a guaranteed outcome before you test anything

The 30-day pilot

A small, fixed test, so neither of us has to guess whether this works for your audience.

What I do

  • Review your archive and pick the strongest moments
  • Build a batch of short clips around your offer (the number is agreed on our call)
  • Agree what to measure and record your starting numbers
  • Day 31: we review the data together

What you do

  • Give me access to your episodes
  • Review the clips and post them on your own channels
  • Share your numbers so we can compare

What we measure

  • Content: views, watch time, engagement
  • Interest: profile visits, follows, messages, enquiries
  • Business: booked calls, applications, sales, where measurable

Terms

  • £300, flat and one-time
  • You keep everything we build, either way
  • No retainer. If it worked, we talk about what's next. If not, we stop.
  • No outcome is promised. The data decides.

Common questions

Can you guarantee it will work?

No. How your audience responds can't be promised in advance. That's why this is a 30-day test with a review on day 31, not a retainer.

I already have an editor.

That's fine. The pilot can run alongside them and replaces nothing. The question is only which moments get picked and what they're built around.

How much of my time does it take?

A short call, access to your episodes, and time to review the clips before you post them.

What if I want to check with a partner or team first?

Of course. I can send a short written summary or join a quick call with both of you.

“Anyone can get you more views. I care about which ones.”
